Trinity Project is into demand creation for the uptake of HIV, NCDs and SRH services targeting youth and adults between the ages 10-49 years. Using the Sister to Sister approach, AGYW (15-24) and young men are put into age specific groups and empowered with information and skills on SRH, GBV, HIV and livelihoods. The organisation is currently working with 16 community based organised organisations and churches in Bulawayo Mzilikazi District and Bubi district targeting AGYW and young man and boys aged 10-24 years.
Health information on HIV and NCDs will be distributed to adults through various platforms like community dialogues and community meetings. The organisation also engages in HIV preventative strategies while promoting health behaviours amongst the target communities. The organisation is also into campaign against drug, alcohol and substance abuse amongst the youths. The organisation has taken on the responsibility of COVID-19 prevention and mitigatory strategies. The organisation raises awareness on Covid-19, making of facemasks, and distribution of sanitizers.
